DELIVERY INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 OUR DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED. 

The majority of our items are shipped within three to seven days and are sent directly to your shipping address by Royal Mail Second Class. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent by courier or under separate cover in multiple packages.

Please contact us directly if you require anything on next day delivery and we will try to accommodate on certain products.

Postage is free over £100 spent (does not include if items are sent express), £4.50 up to £50, £6.50 up to £100.

Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss a Saturday delivery.

As the majority of our items are gifts; we do not includes invoices with the parcels - please bear this in mind when sending. We can arrange a gift wrap service on some items, please contact us direct if you wish to discuss this.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Christmas Paraphernalia wants you to be happy with your products. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied then simply return it within 14 working days of receipt. Please note this excludes personalised items.

If non-personalised goods are returned within seven working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.

Should you return an item because of a defect, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us (if applicable). Please always contact us in the first instance at the email address above.
